May I return a personalized item to InkPixi?

Too big, too small, not quite the right fit? No problem. InkPixi won’t leave you high and dry!
You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt as long as the item has not been worn or laundered and has the original tags attached. We will even pay the shipping to ship out your replacements! (Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse your original shipping charges or your return shipping, and we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.)
An Exchange and Return Form is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip. You can also print a form from our website. If you have further questions please call one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1-800-440-1210, Monday through Saturday between 9 AM – 9 PM ET.
